ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Natasha Heykoop - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This position will start around 30 hours per week and will grow to 40 hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Seek out new business via multiple pathways and resources
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to get licensed
- Prefer a bilingual individual
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
